Having 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 separate w/cs, comprising 1 super-king bedroom, 1standard double, 2 twin rooms, and a box room nursery next to the master bedroom on the top floor; this property will offer you space and privacy.This is a captivating area, be prepared to fall in love with it!

The lounge is on the middle floor, and the kitchen and dining room are on the ground floor. The house has 2 staircases.

“Ardro” is situated with a stunning south facing aspect overlooking the sea cliff in Criccieth, only yards from the beach, and nestling beneath the famous 700 year-old castle. This small unspoiled town, with its quality shops on the High Street, has a large variety of places to eat; It offers a wealth of interest for visitors of all ages, from the local coast which has been designated a Site of Special scientific Interest, to the Castles, outdoor pursuits places, small steam railways, Portmeirion village, slate mines, golf courses, and a rabbit farm (petting).

Change over day is Saturday.
Peak rate will be £1,040 per week for the following weeks: 2nd - 9th June (B/H and Jubilee) and 21st July - 25th August.
Mid-Season rate will be £790 per week for the following weeks: 31st March - 14th April (Easter), 26th May -2nd June and 9th June - 21st July.
Off Peak rate will be £630 per week
Weekly bookings only - we are unable to offer short breaks in 2012

We charge £35 per week for dogs, but pets are accepted at the owners discretion. On learning that a guest wishes to make a booking, we email a booking form that we ask is returned together with a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the holiday. This secures the booking. A balance invoice is sent out approx 5 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Receipts are sent out for all payments. There are no other additional costs.
