We will not be offering bokings for Christmas, but Easter 2011 can be booked from Good Friday for 7 nights. Usually our turn around day is a Saturday, but clearly it makes sense to be flexible on this!

We do accept dogs, but ask that you discuss this with us first before booking. We have two labradors, and appreciate that there are many of us that like to have our pets with us wherever we go. Many of you will have met Titus and Pollo, who sit in the dining room while we have shown you round. Our dogs are not allowed upstairs during the season; and we do make every effort to prepare the house with care for all our guests.

"Ardro" is well equipped for young families with children and babies. There are stairgates, travel cot, bath seat, potty, child's bed and cot side, baby monitor, toy cupboard, soft toys in the beds, plastic tableware, bibs, and cutlery.

Criccieth is a special place, and the beach is remarkable also. The rock pools have been designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest because of the marine life there,- star fish, sea anemones, lobsters, and a host of otherwonderful creatures.
Many guests this summer have seen pods of dolphins passing by.

Have you heard about the new cafe on Snowdon? If you plan to take the train up do remember to book early to avoid a long wait.
If you plan to walk up, be prepared to walk all the way down too, because seats on the train are primarily given to those with return tickets!
