A hideaway for groups of 4-5 people, that offers comfort and seclusion. The Coach House is a unique two storey welsh stone and yellow brick property, built in the 1850’s when The Maenan Abbey Hotel (2 minutes. walk away) was a gentleman’s residence. This building was the original coach house for that residence. It is situated on a 100 yard cul-de-sac private road with only three other houses. There is ample parking space. Two gardens with lawns are found on the east and west sides of the house. The patio area is particularly private. There is a newly refurbished kitchen, very large lounge with TV, downstairs w.c., large bedroom (super-king) and spacious bathroom. Up a second staircase from the dining room, there are two further bedrooms, one having a 4ft 6in wide standard double bed, and the other having a single bed. There is also a small bathroom in this area. There are beamed ceilings in the dining room, lounge, and landing, which give a “cottagey” feel.

The Coach House is situated deep in the Conwy Valley, 10 miles inland from the North Wales Coast, and all its attractions. It is only 20 minutes drive to Snowdonia and 6 miles to the popular beauty spot of Betws-Y-Coed. Woodland, lake and riverside walks are all within 5-15 minutes drive. The Maenan Abbey Hotel (nearby) offers restaurant or bar meals and has a public bar.

The Coach House will be open all the year round, except for Christmas. Change over day is Friday.
Peak rate will be £690 per week (2nd - 8th April, and 28th May - 2nd September)
Off Peak rate will be £520 per week.
Up to 4 additional nights may be taken @ £60/night Peak rate, and £40/night Off Peak rate. A holiday may commence on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
